Divine Mercy

The purpose of this website I have always felt to be for God. I now see more of God when connecting The First Sighting of Christ taken January 15th, 2008 with the now-miraculous story of the plane crash of January 15th, 2009. I believe God is showing himself to our world in blatant, powerful ways. In order to ensure our survival as a people of God, the picture taken of the sun column January 15th 2008 is the only column that became a cross. If you read the story below, that may help you understand the connection. There are no coincidences in God's world. Only love comes from God, and I believe both of these are a connection to the spiritual bond we have with each other and our creator.
The plane crash teaches us to be prayerfully prepared and so in the unselfish way this pilot handled his situation we can handle the situations of our life and the lives of our fellow men and women. To love our God and our neighbor, and ourself. To preach with our actions rather than harsh words. To bring hope to a world that appears to be drowning.

A majority of the pictures are taken from around my the home. As a wife and stay at home mother of five sons for the last 30 years I have come to appreciate the quiet of the early morning.
On Jan. 31st the feast of St. Don Bosco I noticed 2 stars were I normally saw one and as day broke there was a beautiful cross in the sky.
I am a secular Carmelite and a member of the Life Song Healing MInistry so of course I see God in everything and My sister who suffers from a couple of very serious illnesses began the naming process. It did not take long to realize that a lot goes on in the early hours of the morning so my camera now accompanies me along with my morning prayer books. We had a sun column once a month from January 15th through April 15th. Lots of rainbows and the most intense thunder storms I have ever witnessed in my short 57 years of life. We have also had near record breaking snow and lots more rain than usual this year of 2008. On August first I watched the sun rise and noticed It did not cause me to squint or need my tinted glasses. The sky was clear of clouds and haze yet I could stare directly at the sun. I began to see very beautiful colors and a spinning movement as the sun greeted the day. This went on for about twenty minutes. Thus the photo called, "The Man on the White Horse." When you look at the white you will see it moving. Different people have a different experience of this. It is called the miracle of the Sun. I first saw this in Medugjorie, Yugoslavia in 1989. I saw it a few more times during August and then in September I made the mistake of telling God I have no good pictures for September. Well the week of St. Padre Pio's feast day changed all of that and so you see God is only a prayer away. Only God can awaken our minds heart to the sights and sounds of our universe. Possibly the greatest scientists with so much technology and knowledge have not seen what I have seen or perhaps do not wish to share it as I do.
Perhaps it is time we all get down on our knees and look up for our answers rather than to the black box that has so many fixated on who in Washington or in a science lab, (which pill) is going to fix all of this. Perhaps it is time to confess our lack of attention to the one who created us and the beauty that surrounds us.
The proceeds from these photos will be used to promote youth ministry and other programs that I hope will benefit the youth of this wonderful Mount Washington Valley, New Hampshire USA.
